Try sailing with Tamworth Sailing Club

Are you looking for a new way to get outdoors and active? Or looking for something you can enjoy together as a family? If the answer is yes, Tamworth Sailing Club is inviting you to come and try sailing on our open days below. Whether you're completely new to the sport or not sailed since you were a youngster yourself this is the perfect time to give it a go.

Sailing can be as physical or as relaxing as you want it to be. You can sail with others or on your own, do it competitively or potter about and just enjoy the gentle escape of being outside in the elements.

Each booking reserves one boat with a maximum capacity of two adults, or one adult and two children, although this will ultimately depend upon conditions on the day and your helm has the final say.

In your time slot the amount of time sailing on the water is expected to be around 30 minutes but all sailing activities are weather dependent. The cost is only £10 per boat (non-refundable) which we will happily take off the cost of the training package if you decide to sign up.
